Interested in Knowledge Translation (KT)? Want to learn more about moving evidence into practice to improve patient care? Announcing the third cohort of the PHC/VCH KT Challenge!
Providence Health Care and Vancouver Coastal Health collaborate to offer the regional KT training program, which will support teams of clinicians to develop and carry out KT plans to integrate evidence into policy and practice more efficiently and effectively. Each team will also evaluate practice changes resulting from their KT plans. The KT Challenge offers training, mentorship and funding for small teams to lead implementation projects in their practice settings.
Participation in the KT Challenge program is open to staff affiliated with PHC and/or VCH. There must be a minimum of two people per team, and teams can be inter-professional. Applicants will find team members and will need to complete a short application form (due on October, 22).
