Please take five minutes to complete this anonymous survey regarding EVS (Housekeeping) Satisfaction within the Lower Mainland, thank you.

LMC BISS Housekeeping is conducting this survey with staff on the perception of cleanliness in your work area and the overall cleanliness of the facility. The results of this survey will be used to evaluate the quality of service being provided at the locations across the Health Authorities, and to strive for improvement.

We are looking for feedback from all stakeholders, but are particularly interested in feedback from frontline employees.

Please be assured that any information you provide will only be used for the purposes of this study. BISS will combine your answers with those of other participants and your specific responses will never be examined on an individual basis. The survey will close on Monday, August 6.

Found not clean up the clinic three days in a row. Not collecting garbage for all garbage can. Not re-stocking toilet paper and towels in the washroom and in the exam rooms, which creates lots of inconvenience for doctors, other staff and patients. Always need to phone to have someone to come in to get things done. Very not efficient.
floor are not mopped for a few days especially in the busy traffic washroom area. dirty black and browm dots mark around the toilet bowl indicate the cleanning job is not done
takes hours to get discharge beds cleaned esp. once regular housekeeper of the unit is gone for the day.alot of time multiple swaps are done in the unit to accomodate acquity and requirements of the patients but it becomes a hassale as there is not enough or none housekeeper available to assist in this process.if regular hosekeeper calls in sick then chances are you wont get anyone till supervisor is paged few times and that means over flowing garbage bins in the unit. so over all not very happy.
