Submit News

The submission deadline for items to be included in the Thursday PHC News email summary is Wednesday at noon. Please read the Submission Guidelines before submitting.

Enter the headline for your story.
Enter the content of your news story. The suggested word limit is 200–250 words. If you want to include hyperlinks, please spell out the entire URL in brackets (example:
Upload an image to appear with your story, as well as a caption if possible. Up to four images can be uploaded per story. An image is required. If a photo is not submitted, PHC Communications reserves the right to find and post a photo without the approval of the submitter.
Upload a document that you want linked to your story. Uploads are not a substitute for the article text ... you must submit text for your story in the story field above. Document uploads may include PDF or Word files that are supplementary to the article, such as printer friendly posters or forms.
Enter your first and last name. If you are submitting the article on behalf of someone else, enter their information.
Job titles are written in all lower case letters.
Add your department or service.
Use a PHC, VCH or UBC email address. If you are submitting on behalf of someone else, enter their email address.
Leave blank to have your item appear in the next Thursday email summary or select a future Thursday when you would like your item to appear.
Provide any additional instructions about your story for the editor.
